OVERVIEW
Project summary
Engaged to design, construct and commission an automated hydraulic oil control system for the RSM workshop at FMG. The scope included full control integration, instrumentation installation and commissioning within an operational industrial environment, delivered in live workshop conditions with staged commissioning to minimise operational disruption.
SCOPE OF WORKS
What we delivered
- Automated control of six pneumatic valves
- Supply, installation and commissioning of Vega radar level sensors
- Remote tank monitoring with integrated density probes
- Design and fabrication of a custom in-house control panel
- Radio signalling system integrated with internal maintenance bays
- Development of control logic and integration of all field I/O
OUTCOME
A fully automated hydraulic oil control and monitoring system, commissioned in live workshop conditions with staged cutover that minimised operational disruption.
